What is GLP-1 Grades?

GLP-1 Grades is an independent editorial site that grades GLP-1 and weight-loss clinics A–F on how transparent and medically legitimate they are, so you can tell a real, supervised weight-loss provider from a prescription mill. Each clinic is scored on 100 points across seven dimensions, from licensed prescribers and named compounding pharmacies to honest pricing, and every grade links to the evidence behind it. We don’t sell or prescribe medication, and grades can’t be bought.

How does GLP-1 Grades choose which clinics to grade?

We start from a database of GLP-1-prescribing clinics and telehealth providers, then publish graded dossiers only on the ones with enough public evidence to assess fairly. Clinics we can’t fully evaluate stay Listed, not graded. We never auto-score thin data to invent a grade. Grades follow our published methodology, not ad spend.

How grading works

Every grade is deterministic, sourced, and dated. Built to be checked, not taken on faith.

Gather public evidence

We collect a clinic's public disclosures (prescriber credentials, which pharmacy fills the medication, lab requirements, pricing, and marketing claims) and log the sources.

Score seven dimensions

We score the clinic on 100 points across seven weighted dimensions of medical legitimacy and transparency. Serious red flags cap the grade regardless of points.

Publish a dated grade

The total maps to an A–F grade published in a dossier with its evidence, a reviewer byline, and what we could and couldn't verify. Clinics we can't fully assess stay Listed, not graded.
